Walking
From the center of Portobelo, head southeast on Calle 1 towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the main road, Avenida Central. Turn left onto Avenida Central and continue walking until you see signs for Parque Soberania. The entrance is a short walk from there, located at 497P+RCX.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle in Portobelo, start at Plaza de Portobelo. Ride southeast along the waterfront on Calle 1. Keep an eye out for Avenida Central and turn left. Follow the road until you spot the signs for Parque Soberania. The entrance will be on your right at 497P+RCX.
Local Bus
Board a local bus heading towards Colon from the main bus terminal in Portobelo. Inform the driver that you would like to stop at Parque Soberania. The bus will take you close to the entrance at 497P+RCX. Once you get off, walk a short distance to the entrance of the park.
Taxi
If you prefer to take a taxi, you can find one near Plaza de Portobelo. Tell the driver your destination is Parque Soberania at 497P+RCX. The ride should only take about 10 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare before getting in.
