Car
From the city of Santiago, head northwest on the Pan-American Highway (Route 1) for approximately 1 hour. Continue on Route 1 until you reach the exit for Route 25 towards San Francisco. Follow Route 25 for about 30 minutes until you see signs for Playa Morrillo. Turn left and follow the road until you reach the beach. Note that the road may become unpaved as you approach Playa Morrillo, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.
Public Transport
Take a bus from Santiago to the town of San Francisco. Buses run frequently throughout the day, and the fare is typically around $2. Once you arrive in San Francisco, you may need to hire a taxi or a local 'tuc-tuc' (a small motorized vehicle) to take you to Playa Morrillo, which is about a 30-minute ride away. The taxi fare should be negotiated beforehand, and expect to pay around $10-$15.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can drive to the nearest coastal town and then take a boat to Playa Morrillo. Drive to the town of Morrillo, where you can find local fishermen offering boat rides to the beach.
