Walking
From the center of Volcan, head east on Avenida 1ra Sur towards the Pan-American Highway (Carretera Panamericana). This is about a 15-minute walk. Once you reach the highway, look for a bus stop. You will need to take a bus heading towards David. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Baru Volcano National Park.

After about 30 minutes on the bus, you will reach a small area called Los Naranjos. Ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance to Baru Volcano National Park.
