As you approach Presidente Franco, look for 'Unnamed Road' signs. Turn onto Unnamed Road, and follow it for about 2 kilometers until you reach Refugio Paraná Poty, located on your right. There is usually free parking available near the entrance.

To reach Refugio Paraná Poty using public transportation, take a bus from Ciudad del Este to Presidente Franco. Buses leave frequently from the Ciudad del Este bus terminal. The fare is typically around 2,000 to 5,000 PYG (Paraguayan Guarani). Once you arrive in Presidente Franco, ask locals for directions to Unnamed Road. You may need to walk approximately 15-20 minutes to reach Refugio Paraná Poty, which is located on Unnamed Road.
