If you are starting from the historic center of Asuncion (Plaza Uruguaya), head northwest on Calle 14 de Mayo toward Calle Estrella. Continue straight for about 450 meters until you reach Avenida Eusebio Ayala. Turn left onto Avenida Eusebio Ayala and walk straight for approximately 1 kilometer. As you approach the intersection with Paraguayo Independiente, you will see Plaza de los Desaparecidos on your right.

From the central bus terminal in Asuncion, take bus number 30 or 31 towards Plaza de los Desaparecidos. After boarding, sit back and enjoy the ride. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Request to stop at Paraguayo Independiente. Once you disembark, the plaza will be right in front of you.
