From the central plaza in Hernandarias, head east on Avenida Carlos Antonio López. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenida San Blas. Turn left onto Avenida San Blas and walk for another 800 meters. The Catedral San Blas will be on your right, just past the intersection with Calle F9JR.

Locate the nearest bus stop on Avenida Carlos Antonio López. Take bus number 12 or 15 towards Ciudad del Este. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at the stop near Avenida San Blas and Avenida F9JR. From there, walk about 300 meters to the Catedral San Blas, which will be on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Hernandarias central plaza and cycle east along Avenida Carlos Antonio López for about 1.5 kilometers. Turn left onto Avenida San Blas and continue cycling for approximately 800 meters. The Catedral San Blas will be on your right, just before the intersection with Calle F9JR.
