Very good tour, flexible and personal

We had a really great tour with Rodrigo in Iguazú. Rodrigo is not only a guide but also the owner of the company, and you can immediately tell that he truly cares about his guests. He was very friendly, attentive, and flexible, responded to our wishes, and consistently made good suggestions to optimally tailor the tour to us. We saw everything we wished for, and the detour to Paraguay perfectly rounded off the experience. The many interesting conversations and stories were particularly enjoyable as well. We learned a lot about Iguazú, Brazil, and the region. We would recommend Rodrigo and his company at any time without hesitation and would definitely book with him again. Excellent guide who takes great photo

Our guide, Adriano, was very knowledgeable. It was the money well spent as he offered a lot of new insights to the park where you would have easily missed going by yourself. He knew the best area to take photo and was a good photographer himself. He used to work at the park and knew the area very well. The fees to the parks are extra but can be purchased easily at the front entrance with Visa or Master card. It will be around $40 extra per person. In my opinion, the Brazil side of the park offer better amenities, better food, and better view of the waterfall than the Argentinian side. The Itapu Dam and the bird parks are also a great addition to the Brazilian Falls.

Acabei de voltar de Foz e fiz todos os passeios com a Neumann, já havia conhecido outros receptivos de foz, mas eles me surpreenderam do início ao fim, sempre solícitos a ajudar a qualquer indício de problema, você se sente seguro e sabe que realmente pode contar com eles, assim como está escrito em suas assinaturas de e-mail "na cidade das cachoeiras, conte sempre conosco", e realmente contei e não me deixaram na mão não. Se você procura um atendimento de primeira, com um diferencial, essa é a empresa! Guias maravilhosos, em especial o Vargas que me acompanhou durante a viagem toda, muito gentil e educado, atendimento impecável, só tenho a agradecer por tudo. Conheci também a guia Arlete, no transfer de retorno, apesar de pouco tempo, pela conversa agradabilíssima, senti a energia maravilhosa e me passou um carinho fora de série. Só tenho elogios, recomendo de olhos fechados, é minha segunda vez em Foz, mas já quero retornar.
