Continue on NY-42 until you reach the town of Lexington. From there, follow local signs directing you towards the Diamond Notch Road. Take a left onto Diamond Notch Road and follow it until you reach the trailhead for Diamond Notch Falls. Make sure to park in the designated area before starting your hike.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, your best option would be to take a bus to the nearest town, which is Catskill, NY. From Catskill, you could take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Lexington, NY. Once in Lexington, you can follow the same directions as the driving route. Hiking
