From the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, head towards US-40 E. If you are starting from Uniontown, you can take US-119 N and then merge onto US-40 E. Continue on US-40 E for about 20 miles until you reach the junction with PA-381 N. Take PA-381 N for approximately 8 miles. Turn right onto Skyline Drive, and follow it for about 1 mile. Laurel Caverns will be on your left at 1065 Skyline Dr, Farmington, PA 15437. Note that parking is available on-site at no additional cost.
