From anywhere in Central Pennsylvania, take the nearest major highway towards Kutztown. If you're near Harrisburg, get on I-83 S, then take I-78 E towards Allentown. Merge onto PA-222 S and follow signs for Kutztown. Once in Kutztown, navigate to Crystal Cave by entering Crystal Cave Rd. The address is 963 Crystal Cave Rd, Kutztown, PA 19530. Parking is available on-site, and there is no fee for parking.
Public Transportation
To reach Crystal Cave via public transportation, take a bus to Kutztown. Check the schedule for the Berks Area Reading Transit (BART) or other regional services that connect to Kutztown. Once you arrive in Kutztown, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Crystal Cave, as public transport may not directly serve Crystal Cave Rd. Expect to pay around $10-$15 for a taxi ride from the bus station to Crystal Cave.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can bike to Crystal Cave from nearby towns. Follow local bike paths leading to Kutztown. Once you are in Kutztown, head towards Crystal Cave Rd, where you will find bike-friendly routes. Ensure you wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.
