If you are driving, start by getting onto I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) if you are coming from the east or west. For those coming from Philadelphia, take I-95 North to I-76 West. From Harrisburg, you can take I-81 North to I-76 East. Once on I-76, take exit 340 for US-202 North toward Doylestown. After about 12 miles, take the exit for PA-611 North. Continue on PA-611 North for approximately 10 miles until you reach the intersection with PA-32. Turn right onto PA-32 North and follow it for about 6 miles. When you reach the town of Upper Black Eddy, turn left onto Ringing Rocks Road. The park entrance will be on your right. There is no entry fee for the park.
