If you are traveling by car, ensure you have a GPS device or a map app on your smartphone. From anywhere in Chester County, head towards U.S. Route 30 East, then take I-76 East towards Philadelphia. Merge onto I-95 North and take the Exit 22 toward Callowhill St. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto N 7th St. The Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site will be on your left at 532 N 7th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123. There is street parking available, but be aware that there may be parking fees depending on the time of day.

For those using public transportation, you can take the SEPTA train from any major station in Chester County to the 69th Street Terminal. From there, catch the Market-Frankford Line towards Frankford. Get off at the 8th Street station and transfer to the bus route 47. Ride the bus until you reach N 7th St & Girard Ave. From there, it's a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site located at 532 N 7th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
