Follow N Washington Street as it becomes Lookout Drive. Continue on Lookout Drive until you reach Rockford Tower, which will be on your right. There is free parking available along Lookout Drive.

If you're using public transportation, take the DART First State Bus Route 4 or 10 from Wilmington's downtown area. Get off at the stop near Washington Street and 18th Street. From there, walk west on 18th Street, then take a left onto N Washington Street. Follow N Washington Street until it becomes Lookout Drive. Rockford Tower will be on your right.
