From the Erie Maritime Museum located at 150 E Front St, Erie, PA 16507, head east on E Front St towards State St. Continue straight until you reach State St. Turn left onto State St and walk north until you reach the intersection with W 6th St. Turn right onto W 6th St and continue walking until you reach Peach St. Turn left onto Peach St. Graffiti Wall will be on your left at 1401 Peach St.

If you are near the Erie Intermodal Transportation Center, take the Bus Route 1 heading towards the Peach St & W 12th St stop. Get off at the Peach St & W 12th St stop. From there, walk south along Peach St for about 0.5 miles. Graffiti Wall will be on your right at 1401 Peach St.
Biking
If you have access to a bike, start from the Erie Bayfront Trail. Head towards the intersection of State St and W 8th St. Continue north on State St, then turn right onto W 6th St. Ride down W 6th St until you reach Peach St. Turn left onto Peach St and continue biking until you reach Graffiti Wall located at 1401 Peach St, which will be on your left.
