Walking
If you are starting from the Erie Maritime Museum, head southeast on East Front Street towards State Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles. You will pass by the beautiful waterfront parks along the way. Once you reach the intersection with East 12th Street, turn left and walk a few blocks until you see the Public Dock on your right. The dock is located near the water's edge and is a great spot to enjoy views of the lake.

For those with a bicycle, you can rent one from local bike-sharing stations in the Bayfront District. Start at the Bayfront Connector Trail and follow the path along the waterfront. This scenic ride will take approximately 15 minutes. As you approach the Public Dock, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to the dock area, which is just off the main trail.
