If you are starting from the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor Center, exit the center and head northeast on Taneytown Rd (Route 134). Walk about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Baltimore St (Route 97). Cross Baltimore St and continue on Taneytown Rd. After approximately 0.2 miles, you will see the entrance to the Culp's Hill area on your right. Follow the path leading to the hill, and you will arrive at Culp's Hill.

For a more scenic route, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Gettysburg. Start at the Gettysburg National Cemetery and head east toward the main park road.
