Start at the Gettysburg town square, which is marked by a large statue of a soldier. From the square, head southeast onto Baltimore Street. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles, passing shops and restaurants on your left and right. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with Baltimore Pike. Turn left onto Baltimore Pike and walk for another 0.3 miles. The National Park Service Museum and Visitor Center will be on your right at 1195 Baltimore Pike. Look for the large sign at the entrance.

Public Transportation (Shuttle)
If you are near the Gettysburg Visitor Center, you can catch the local shuttle service that operates during the tourist season. Head towards the nearest shuttle stop, which is typically located near major hotels or the town square. Once on the shuttle, inform the driver that you want to go to the National Park Service Museum and Visitor Center. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, and the driver will drop you off directly at the visitor center.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Gettysburg town square. Head southeast onto Baltimore Street and continue for about 0.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with Baltimore Pike, make a left turn. Proceed for another 0.3 miles. The National Park Service Museum and Visitor Center will be on your right. There is a bike rack available for parking your bike once you arrive.
