Exit the center and head southwest on Baltimore Pike for about 0.2 miles until you reach the intersection with Steinwehr Avenue. Turn left onto Steinwehr Avenue and continue for approximately 0.5 miles. You will pass various shops and eateries along the way. Continue straight until you reach the traffic circle. Take the first exit onto Confederate Avenue. Walk along Confederate Avenue for about 1 mile, and you will find the Longstreet Observation Tower on your left at SW Confederate Ave, Gettysburg, PA 17325.

    If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Gettysburg. Start at the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor Center at 1195 Baltimore Pike.
