From the Gettysburg Visitor Center, head northwest on Taneytown Road towards the intersection with Steinwehr Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Baltimore Street. Continue on West Confederate Avenue for about 1 mile, where you'll come upon the entrance to Gettysburg National Military Park. Once inside the park, follow the signs for Spangler's Spring, which is located along the road. The spring is situated at Colgrove Avenue, just a short walk from the main path.
