If you are starting from the Gettysburg National Military Park Visitor Center, exit the center and head south on Taneytown Road. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Virginia Monument Circle. Turn left onto Virginia Monument Circle, and the Virginia Monument will be located at the end of the road. The entire walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

If you are at the Gettysburg Square, start by heading east on Baltimore Street. Continue for about 0.6 miles until you reach the intersection with Taneytown Road. Turn right onto Taneytown Road and walk for about 0.4 miles. At the traffic light, turn left onto Virginia Monument Circle. The Virginia Monument will be on your right at the end of the circle.
