If you're starting from the Gettysburg Visitor Center, exit the center and head west on Baltimore Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Steinwehr Avenue. Turn left onto Steinwehr Avenue. Walk along Steinwehr Avenue for about 0.3 miles and you will see the Gettysburg Rostrum located in the Gettysburg National Cemetery on your right. From the Gettysburg Visitor Center, rent a bike and head west on Baltimore Street. Continue straight for 0.5 miles until you reach Steinwehr Avenue. Turn left onto Steinwehr Avenue and bike for about 0.3 miles. The Gettysburg Rostrum will be on your right within the Gettysburg National Cemetery. Make sure to follow the bike lanes and park your bike at the designated areas near the cemetery.
