After approximately 15 miles, take the exit for Route 22 West toward Lewistown. Continue on Route 22 West for about 12 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 235. Turn right onto Route 235 and follow it for about 7 miles until you see signs for Poe Valley State Park. Turn left onto Poe Valley Road and follow it straight to the park entrance at 136 Poe Valley Rd, Penn Township, PA 176832. There are no entry fees for the park.
