If you're traveling by car, start from anywhere in Juniata River Valley and navigate towards US-22 W. Depending on your starting point, you can take local roads to connect to US-22 W. Follow US-22 W for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with PA-305 W. Take the exit for PA-305 W towards James Creek. Continue on PA-305 W for about 10 miles until you reach Little Valley Road. Turn left onto Little Valley Road, and Trough Creek State Park will be on your right after about 2 miles. Please note that there may be a small parking fee, so have cash ready just in case.
