Walking
Start at the Lancaster Square (Penn Square). Head east on E King St toward N Duke St for about 0.3 miles. Continue straight onto E Chestnut St. After 0.2 miles, turn left onto N Prince St. Walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with E Walnut St. Turn right onto E Walnut St and walk for another 0.3 miles. At the intersection with S Duke St, turn left. Continue walking for about 0.4 miles until you reach the intersection with Columbia Ave (Route 462). Cross Columbia Ave and take the path that leads to the Susquehanna River. Follow the riverbank south for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach 2nd Lock Rd. The entrance to Windolph Landing Nature Preserve will be on your right.

Once you reach 2nd Lock Rd, the entrance to Windolph Landing Nature Preserve will be located on your right.

From there, you can walk about 0.2 miles to the entrance of Windolph Landing Nature Preserve, which will be on your right.
