    Car

    If you are driving from Allentown, PA, take I-78 W from 19th St S. After about 15 miles, merge onto I-476 N toward Scranton. Continue on I-476 N for approximately 35 miles, then take exit 105 for PA-940 W toward West Hazleton. After about 7 miles, turn right onto PA-309 N and follow for about 10 miles. Turn left onto Family Camp Rd, which leads directly into Hickory Run State Park located at 3 Family Camp Rd, White Haven, PA 18661.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Hickory Run State Park via public transportation, first take the LANTA bus from anywhere in Lehigh Valley to the Allentown Transportation Center. From there, transfer to the Martz Bus Lines service to Hazleton. Once you arrive in Hazleton, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to get to Hickory Run State Park, as public transit does not extend directly to the park. Expect taxi fares to be around $25 to $35 depending on the distance.
