    From the center of Lancaster, take PA-72 S toward Manheim. Merge onto US-30 E and continue for about 12 miles. Take the exit for PA-741 E toward Millersville. After approximately 5 miles, turn left onto Frogtown Rd. Continue on Frogtown Rd for about 2 miles, and Climbers Run Nature Center will be on your left at 226 Frogtown Rd, Pequea, PA 17565.

    From Lancaster, you can take the Red Rose Transit Authority bus (Route 1) toward Willow Street. Get off at the stop at Route 741 and Frog Town Road. From there, it is about a 30-minute walk to Climbers Run Nature Center, which is located at 226 Frogtown Rd, Pequea, PA 17565.
