If you're traveling by car, start by getting onto I-476 N (Blue Route) from any location in Main Line. Follow I-476 N for about 15 miles until you reach the exit for I-76 E toward Philadelphia. Merge onto I-76 E and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take the exit for Montgomery Dr toward the Zoo. After the exit, keep left to continue on Montgomery Dr, following signs for the Philadelphia Zoo. Continue on Montgomery Dr and take a right onto Avenue of the Republic. The Please Touch Museum will be on your left at 4231 Avenue of the Republic. There is parking available on-site.

For those using public transportation, start by taking the Regional Rail Line from any station in Main Line to 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby. From the terminal, transfer to the Route 34 trolley heading towards 69th Street. Ride the trolley until you reach the stop at the Philadelphia Zoo.
