If you are driving, start from the center of Northern Tier. Head southwest on PA-6 W toward US-15 S for about 35 miles until you reach US-15 S. Take exit 212A toward I-180 E/US-220 S and merge onto I-180 E. Continue on I-180 E for about 35 miles. Merge onto I-76 E toward Philadelphia. After about 120 miles, take exit 344A toward US-30 E. Continue on US-30 E for about 4 miles, then take the exit toward I-95 S. Merge onto I-95 S and continue for about 5 miles. Take exit 45 toward PA-3 W and merge onto Avenue of the Republic. Smith Memorial Arch will be on your right. There is typically no cost for parking, but check local regulations upon arrival.
