From Center City Philadelphia, head to the SEPTA Market-Frankford Line. Board the train at any station, and travel westbound towards 69th Street Terminal. Get off at the 69th Street Terminal. Once you exit the station, transfer to the 34 trolley line. Board the trolley heading towards 'Museum' and ride it for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Please Touch Museum' stop, which is right outside the museum located at 4231 Avenue of the Republic.

If you are near the City Hall area, you can catch the SEPTA bus route 15 from the City Hall bus terminal. Board the bus heading towards 69th Street and stay on for about 20-25 minutes. Get off at the stop for 'Avenue of the Republic' near the museum. The Please Touch Museum will be a short walk from the bus stop.
