Walking
If you are starting from City Hall, head north on Broad Street until you reach the intersection with John F. Kennedy Blvd. Turn left onto JFK Blvd and continue walking until you reach 20th Street. Turn right onto 20th Street and walk straight until you reach the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Turn left onto the Parkway and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. The Rocky Statue will be on your left, located near the entrance to the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Public Transit - Bus
If you are near the Reading Terminal Market, you can take the bus. Head to the bus stop at 12th Street and Filbert Street, and take the Route 38 bus towards the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Get off at the stop at the Parkway Museum District, and walk towards the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The Rocky Statue is located at 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, just outside the museum.

If you are near the 69th Street Terminal, take the Market-Frankford Line towards Frankford Transportation Center. Transfer at 69th Street to the 34 trolley towards the Philadelphia Zoo. Get off at the stop for the Philadelphia Museum of Art. From there, walk a short distance to the Rocky Statue, which is located at 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
