If you're near the Liberty Bell, head west on Market Street towards 7th Street. Continue walking until you reach 6th Street, then turn left. After a short walk, turn right on Walnut Street and continue until you reach Washington Square, which will be on your left.

From the Philadelphia Museum of Art, walk to the nearest bus stop at 24th Street and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Take the 9 or 32 bus heading towards 5th Street and Market. Get off at 6th and Walnut Streets. Walk one block west to Washington Square, located at 210 W Washington Square.

If you're at 69th Street Terminal, take the Market-Frankford Line (Blue Line) towards 69th Street. Transfer to the Broad Street Line (Orange Line) at City Hall. Take the Broad Street Line southbound to the 8th Street station. Exit and walk east on Market Street until you reach 6th Street, then turn left. Washington Square will be ahead on your left.
