Getting There

• Public Transit - Bus

  If you are near downtown Pittsburgh, you can catch a bus from the Wood Street Station. Look for the 61A or 61B buses heading towards Oakland. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop at Forbes Avenue and Schenley Plaza. From there, it's a short walk to the plaza, which is located at 4100 Forbes Ave.

• Public Transit - Light Rail

  From the Station Square light rail station, take the 'Blue Line' or 'Red Line' towards the North Side or the South Hills. Transfer at the First Avenue station to the 'T' and take it to the Steel Plaza station. From Steel Plaza, walk to Wood Street and catch the 61A or 61B bus towards Oakland. Get off at Forbes Avenue and Schenley Plaza.

• Walking

  If you are staying in the Oakland area, Schenley Plaza is easily accessible by foot. From the University of Pittsburgh, head south on Bigelow Boulevard, then take a left onto Forbes Avenue. Schenley Plaza will be on your right after a short walk of about 10-15 minutes.

• Biking

  If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations in Pittsburgh. Head towards the Oakland area by following the bike lanes on Forbes Avenue. Schenley Plaza is located at 4100 Forbes Ave, and there are bike racks available for parking your bicycle.
