Getting There

  • Public Transit - Bus

    If you are near the Cultural District, take the Port Authority Bus Route 1, 2, or 61 from any nearby bus stop. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic, and get off at the 'Liberty Ave at 6th St' stop. From there, walk down 6th Street towards the Allegheny River. Turn left onto Commonwealth Place, and you will find Point State Park Fountain at the end of the block.

  • Walking

    If you are in the Downtown area, you can easily walk to Point State Park Fountain. Start from the intersection of Liberty Ave and 6th St. Head south on 6th St towards the river. Continue walking until you reach the park entrance at Commonwealth Place. Point State Park Fountain will be visible once you enter the park. It’s about a 15-minute walk.

    If you are near Station Square, board the 'T' light rail at the Station Square station towards the North Side. After 4 stops, disembark at the 'Pittsburgh Station' stop.
