If you are driving to Hickory Run State Park, start by getting onto I-80 E from your location in the Pocono Mountains. Follow I-80 E for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 274 for PA-940 E toward Hazleton. Continue on PA-940 E for about 8 miles, then turn right onto PA-309 S. After about 4 miles, take a left onto Main St/PA-534 E. Continue on PA-534 E for 3 miles and then turn left onto Family Camp Rd. The park entrance will be on your right. Make sure to check for any parking fees at the entrance, typically around $5 for day use.
