If you are starting from the Reading Public Library located at 100 S 5th St, head north on S 5th St for about 0.3 miles until you reach Franklin St. Turn right onto Franklin St and continue for a few blocks until you reach N 13th St. Turn left onto N 13th St and walk straight for about 0.5 miles. The Freedman Gallery will be on your right at the intersection of N 13th St and Bern St.

From the Reading City Hall (located at 815 Washington St), walk to the nearest bus stop at 8th St & Washington St. Board the BARTA bus #1 towards W. Reading. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and disembark at the stop near Bern St & N 13th St. Walk a short distance south on N 13th St to reach Freedman Gallery, which will be on your left.
