Bus

To reach the PPL Center at 701 Hamilton St, Allentown from Reading, you can take the BARTA bus service. First, head to the nearest BARTA bus stop. Look for the 'Route 14' bus, which goes towards Allentown. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the Allentown bus terminal. From the terminal, exit and walk to Hamilton Street. Turn left on Hamilton Street and walk approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the PPL Center on your left. The entire journey should take around 45-60 minutes depending on traffic.

Train

You can also take a train from Reading to Allentown. Start by heading to the Reading Station, where you can catch a SEPTA train to the Allentown station. Once you arrive at the Allentown train station, exit and walk towards 7th Street. Turn right onto 7th Street, then take a left onto Hamilton Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.6 miles, and you will see the PPL Center on your right. This journey will take around 30-45 minutes depending on the train schedule.

Walking

If you're feeling adventurous and the weather is nice, you can walk to PPL Center from central Reading. Start at the Reading City Hall located at 815 Washington St. Head east on Washington Street towards N 8th St. Turn left onto N 8th St and then right onto Franklin St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 7th Street. Take a left onto 7th Street, and then a right onto Hamilton Street. Walk about a mile down Hamilton Street, and you'll find the PPL Center on your left. This walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
