    If you are driving from the town of Milford, take US-6 E for about 34 miles until you reach I-84. Merge onto I-84 E and follow it for about 15 miles. Take exit 51 for US-209 S toward Stroudsburg. Continue on US-209 S for approximately 25 miles until it merges with PA-33 S. Take the exit onto I-78 E toward New York City. Merge onto I-95 S and continue for about 60 miles. Take exit 40 for South Street. Turn left onto South Street. The Penn Museum will be on your right at 3260 South St, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

If you're in Milford, you can take a bus to the nearest train station. From there, take a train toward Philadelphia, specifically to the 69th Street Terminal or 69th Street Station.
