To reach the Pennsylvania Hospital Historical Marker at 800 Pine St, Philadelphia, PA 19107 by car, start from any location in Western Pennsylvania. Get on I-76 E (Pennsylvania Turnpike) and continue for approximately 50 miles until you reach the exit for I-676 E toward Camden. Follow I-676 E for about 2 miles, then take the exit toward Broad St/City Hall. Merge onto N 15th St and turn right onto Pine St. Continue for about 3 blocks and you will find the marker on your left. Note that street parking may be limited; consider using a parking garage nearby which may incur costs ranging from $10 to $20 for the day.

If you are using public transportation, you can take a Greyhound or Megabus from various locations in Western Pennsylvania to Philadelphia. Once in Philadelphia, head to the 69th Street Terminal to catch the Market-Frankford Line train toward Frankford. Get off at 15th St. Station and walk south on 15th St toward Pine St. Turn left onto Pine St and walk about 3 blocks to reach the Pennsylvania Hospital Historical Marker. Be aware that tickets for the bus can range from $15 to $30 and the subway fare is $2.50.
