Getting There

• Car

  From any location in the Andean Highlands, set your GPS to Jr. José Olaya 532, Huaraz 02001. If you are in a nearby town, follow the main highways leading to Huaraz. The most common route is via the PE-3N highway. Once you reach Huaraz, look out for local signage pointing towards Jr. José Olaya. It is a central street, and you will find Peruvian Andes Adventures located at house number 532 on this street. Parking is available nearby but may incur a small fee.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from your current location to Huaraz. Look for local bus terminals that service Huaraz. Once you arrive at the Huaraz bus terminal, head towards the city center. From the terminal, you can either walk or take a taxi. If walking, it’s about a 15-minute walk. Head down Av. José de la Riva-Agüero and take a left on Jr. José Olaya. Continue straight until you reach number 532. Taxis from the bus terminal to the agency typically cost around 5-10 soles.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any part of Huaraz directly to Jr. José Olaya 532. Simply tell the driver your destination, and they should know the location. The fare will typically range from 5 to 15 soles depending on the distance from where you start. Ensure that the taxi is a registered one for safety.
