Walking
If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas, head southeast on Calle Santa Catalina. Continue straight until you reach Avenida Lima, then turn left. Walk along Avenida Lima until you reach the intersection with Calle Peru. Turn right onto Calle Peru and continue walking until you reach the junction with Fernandini. Turn left onto Fernandini, and El Palacio de Goyeneche will be on your right at number 133.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Lima. Take bus line 12 or 16 heading towards the 'Cerro Colorado' district. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for 'Fernandini'. Once you get off, walk a short distance to Fernandini street, and El Palacio de Goyeneche will be at number 133.
Taxi
If you prefer to take a taxi, you can find one near the Plaza de Armas. Simply tell the driver 'Fernandini 133, por favor'. The ride should take about 10 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right in front of El Palacio de Goyeneche.
