Walking
If you are in the main square, Plaza de Armas, start by facing the Cathedral. Head northwest along Calle Santa Catalina, which is the street to your left. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Calle Santa Catalina 309. You will see the entrance to Claustro on your left. The walk is approximately 800 meters and is quite straightforward.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop at Calle Puente Grau. Take any bus heading towards the district of Yanahuara. After about 10 minutes, get off at the Santa Catalina stop. From there, walk down Calle Santa Catalina, and you will find Claustro at number 309 on your right, approximately a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Taxi/Taxi App
You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Arequipa. Simply ask the driver to take you to 'Santa Catalina 309'. The ride from the Plaza de Armas should take around 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Alternatively, you can use a taxi app to book a ride directly to Claustro.
