Walking
If you are in the main square of Ayacucho (Plaza de Armas), head north towards Avenida 28 de Julio. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle Ayacucho. Turn left onto Calle Ayacucho and continue walking for another 5 minutes. You will see the Intihuatana on your right.
Public Transportation
From Plaza de Armas, take a local minibus (colectivo) heading towards the Huamanga district. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Avenida 28 de Julio and Calle Ayacucho. From there, walk about 5 minutes down Calle Ayacucho, and you will find Intihuatana on your right.
Taxi
You can take a taxi from any point in Ayacucho. Just tell the driver 'Intihuatana' or point to your map showing the location. It should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off close to the entrance.
