    Getting There

    Walking

    Start at the Ayacucho Plaza de Armas, which is the main square and a central point for tourists. From the Plaza, head south towards Calle San Francisco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida 28 de Julio. Turn left onto Avenida 28 de Julio and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the bus terminal (Terminal Terrestre de Ayacucho) on your right. Here, you can find local buses or mototaxis heading towards the Mirador de Pacaycasa area.

    Once you are at the bus terminal, look for buses labeled 'Pacaycasa' or those going towards the nearby districts. Board the bus and pay the fare (usually a few soles). The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you are headed to Mirador de Pacaycasa, so they can alert you when to get off. The bus will drop you off near the entrance of the mirador.

    Walking

    After getting off the bus, you will see a small pathway leading up to the viewpoint. Follow this path uphill for about 15 minutes. The trail is well-marked, and you will see signs directing you towards Mirador de Pacaycasa. As you walk, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Ayacucho valley.
