If you are driving from the center of Cajamarca, head southeast on Avenida Atahualpa. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenida Húsares. Turn left onto Avenida Húsares and follow it for approximately 2 kilometers. You will then reach a roundabout; take the second exit onto Avenida La Paz. After about 500 meters, turn right onto the road leading to RGP4+G39. Continue for about 1 kilometer, and you will find Inca Atahualpa on your right.

To reach Inca Atahualpa using public transportation, start by finding a local bus or colectivo (shared taxi) that heads towards the neighborhood of La Libertad or Ronda. You can typically catch these from the main bus terminal or popular stops in the city center. Inform the driver that you are heading to 'RGP4+G39' or ask to be dropped off near the roundabout on Avenida La Paz. The fare is usually between 1-3 soles. Once you get off, walk approximately 1 kilometer towards RGP4+G39, and you will find the memorial site on your right.
