There is typically parking available near the entrance.

Look for buses heading towards 'Santa Apolonia' or ask locals for directions. The fare is usually around 1-2 soles. The bus will drop you off at the base of the hill leading to the Mirador. From there, you can either walk up the hill (approximately a 15-20 minute walk) or hire a local taxi to drive you up for a small fee.
