If you are traveling by car, you will want to head towards the city of Cusco first. From Cusco, take the Av. de la Cultura road to reach Route 28B. Follow Route 28B for approximately 80 kilometers toward the town of Cachora. Once in Cachora, you can park your vehicle at designated parking areas. The trek to Choquequirao starts from this point. After completing your trek, return to Cachora and drive to Cusco, then navigate to the address of Tierras Vivas in Zarzuela Alta, which is located at Av Tupac Amaru PP-10B, Al costado de la cancha deportiva de grass, Distrito de Santiago. This drive should take around 4-5 hours depending on traffic and road conditions.

To reach Tierras Vivas using public transportation, first travel from your location in Choquequirao to Cachora by hiring a local taxi or joining a group transport. Once in Cachora, take a shared van or taxi to Cusco. The journey should take about 2-3 hours. Upon arriving in Cusco, you will need to take a taxi to Tierras Vivas.
