After approximately 20 kilometers, you will reach a junction where you need to turn left onto a dirt road marked for 'Mirador Wayracpunku'. Continue along this road for about 7 kilometers, following signs for the mirador. Parking is available at the viewpoint.
Public Transportation
To reach Mirador Wayracpunku by public transportation, take a bus or shared taxi from Chivay to Cabanaconde. The bus departs regularly throughout the day and the fare is typically around 10-15 PEN. Once in Cabanaconde, you can either hire a local taxi to take you directly to Mirador Wayracpunku (which may cost around 30-50 PEN) or follow the previously mentioned dirt road on foot for about 7 kilometers.
