If you are driving, set your GPS to Cta. de San Blas 618, Cusco 08003. From the Plaza de Armas (the city's main square), head northeast on Avenida del Sol. Continue onto Calle Santa Clara and then take a left onto Calle San Blas. Follow this road until you reach the Coca Museum, which will be on your right. There is limited street parking available nearby, so be prepared to find a spot on a side street.

To reach the Coca Museum using public transport, you can take a bus or taxi to the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to the museum. If walking, head northeast along Avenida del Sol, then turn left onto Calle Santa Clara, and finally turn left at Calle San Blas. The museum will be on your right. If you opt for a taxi from Plaza de Armas, it should cost around 5-10 soles, depending on traffic.
