From Cusco city center, head southwest on Av. El Sol toward Av. 28 de Julio. Continue on Av. El Sol until you reach the intersection with Av. de la Cultura. Turn left onto Av. de la Cultura. Follow this road for about 5 km, then take the exit toward Puno/Cusco Sur. Merge onto the road leading toward Puno and continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the town of Urcos. From Urcos, follow the signs to Qochas Chincanas, which is approximately 18 km from Urcos. The destination will be on your right. Make sure to have a map or GPS, as the roads can be winding and some may not be well-marked.
