Walking
If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas, head southeast on Avenida El Sol towards Avenida del Ejército. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with C. Garcilaso. Turn left on C. Garcilaso and walk for about 5 minutes. The Regional Historical Museum of Cusco will be on your left, at C. Garcilaso.

From San Pedro Market, exit the market and head west on C. Pumacurco. Continue straight until you reach Avenida El Sol, then turn right. Walk straight for about 8 minutes until you reach the intersection with C. Garcilaso. Turn left on C. Garcilaso, and the museum will be a few steps ahead on your left.

If you are at the Cusco Cathedral, head east towards Plaza de Armas. From there, walk southeast on Avenida El Sol. After approximately 10 minutes, turn left onto C. Garcilaso, and you will find the Regional Historical Museum of Cusco on your left.

Starting from the Inka Museum, head east on C. Cuesta del Almirante until you reach C. Garcilaso. Turn left on C. Garcilaso and proceed for about 7 minutes. The museum will be on your left.
