Walking
If you are in the Plaza de Armas (the main square of Cusco), exit the square and head south on Avenida del Sol. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with C. Garcilaso. Turn left on C. Garcilaso and walk for about 5 minutes. The Regional Historical Museum of Cusco will be on your left.

Public Transport
From Plaza de Armas, you can take a local bus or collectivo (shared taxi) heading towards San Blas. Get off at the stop near C. Garcilaso. From there, walk a short distance west along C. Garcilaso for about 2 minutes, and you will reach the Regional Historical Museum of Cusco on your right.

If you prefer to take a taxi, simply hail one from the street or ask your hotel to arrange one. Tell the driver you want to go to C. Garcilaso. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes from the Plaza de Armas, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the museum will be right in front of you.
